- Unless a specific size is provided on your purchase order, Gorilla Totes will determine the size for your imprint. If no imprint area is provided, Gorilla Totes will decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork, product, and imprint method requested.
- Orders are only accepted from customers who submit 100% prepayment on all orders.
- Purchase order number must be placed in the subject line of both the order and artwork email.
- Artwork is accepted in the following formats: eps, ai, pdf. Any other formats will result in a processing delays.
